What girl doesn’t love makeup? This summer, let’s experience the beautiful side of chemistry! The Tech Gurlz STEM Camp will allow you to learn how to make your own bath, body and cosmetic products while also learning how ingredients interact, understand emulsions, and create colorful cosmetics and formulations!

You also get to design your own product packaging and be the star of your own advertising campaign, all before you host your day spa grand opening! If you are interested in science or just love cosmetic products, then this camp is for you!

Tech Gurlz STEM Camp introduces girls to the world of Cosmetic Chemistry through one of their favorite past times….cosmetics and beauty care! Through hands-on activities, girls plan, develop and promote their very own cosmetic lines from scratch.

You’ve heard of MAC, Sephora and Cover Girl, but now you have the opportunity to put on your entrepreneurial hat and create a cosmetics line that represents your unique style and creative abilities.

During this two-week session, girls will:

• Formulate and make your own makeup
• Design and build product packaging
• Create an advertising campaign
• Host a Day Spa Grand Opening event
